I had the problem with my order, but they got it sorted out quick. Was nice to see a support team actually handle it without making the big hassle.

When the package showed up, the shoe box was definitely crushed and looked like it had a rough trip, so I was a little worried at first. I opened it up right away to check, mostly because I didn’t want to assume the sneakers were damaged just from the box looking bad. Luckily, the shoes themselves were fine with no obvious scuffs, dents, or anything wrong with them. So overall, the delivery wasn’t great in terms of packaging condition, but the actual sneakers were okay.

I ordered a pair from Sneakercool the shoes showed up in good condition. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but to be fair I’m kind of impatient when I’m waiting on sneakers, so it wasn’t a huge deal.
The only surprise was that I had to pay customs/duties once they arrived in my country. I probably should’ve read the shipping details more carefully, so that’s partly on me, but it still caught me off guard at the time.

Overall I’m happy with the shoes and don’t regret ordering. I’d just say make sure you check for any extra fees before buying, especially if you’re like me and tend to rush through checkout.

I got my pair from Sneakercool last week and I’ve been wearing them almost every day since. I blame whoever runs this for making it way too easy to grab a pair I actually like.

The comfort is probably the best part. They’re light, easy to wear all day, and didn’t need much breaking in. Happy with them overall, and I’d order again.

The sizing was mostly okay, but on me it felt just a little snug. Not uncomfortable enough to be a dealbreaker, but I’d probably size up next time if you’re between sizes

The shoes actually arrived sooner than I expected, which was nice, but I was kind of confused when I opened the box. The color looked different from the photos online, way more dull in person. I’m not sure if it was the lighting in the pictures or what, but I was a bit disappointed.

They literally have a good range of sneakers. I found a few pairs I don’t usually see on other sites, which was nice. Some sizes were missing though, so it wasn’t perfect, but the site was easy to browse and there were lots of styles to choose from. I’d definitely check it again next time I need a new pair.

I’m usually careful about where I spend my money, especially when prices vary a lot between shops. This felt like a fair deal and was cheaper than a few other places I checked. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price and overall value, I’d give it 4 stars.
